ULA-USA REFUND POLICY
Ugandan Lambs Association USA is a non-profit organization which operates and is funded entirely by the generosity of our donors and sponsors.
In order to provide the best care and a stable environment for our children, we ask that changes to your planned giving to Ugandan Lambs Association USA be communicated to us as soon as possible. We do provide refunds up to ten (10) business days after a donation payment is made to allow time for you to review any potential payments made in error and correct these with us.
After a refund request is made, we may require up to seven (7) additional days to process donation refunds with either a refund check or credit card adjustments, based upon the original payment type made by donor. We do request that you make a refund request within the time period listed (10 business days) by providing a written request by e-mail to Uganda Lambs Association USA at email@example.com or by calling (562) 988-8984.
Any written requests for refund should include the reason for the request, amount requested, reference/receipt number and date/time of the original donation. It is always helpful to include the original check number if mailed or last four of credit card number if payment is processed through our website or over the phone with us. We do not provide refunds past 10 business days. One-time and automatic recurring donations will not be refunded unless timely notification within our refund time period is made as stated above.
PRIVACY CONCERNS AND OUR POLICY FOR WEBSITE VISITORS AND DONORS As a valued visitor to our website or a donor to Ugandan Lambs Association, we do not disclose your personal or payment information to any third parties. If we are contacted by any third parties for information about you, we will direct them to you for further action. We value your relationship with us and wish to respect your privacy as well.
